When I decided to take the plunge and sell my first home this Spring, it was an easy decision to go with Edmundo Roa and Capital Homes Realty.

From my very first consultation with Edmundo, right up until closing date, his professionalism, courtesy and commitment to client service were mainstays. Our first meeting was casual, yet informative, and I never felt any pressure or obligation. This was my first time selling a property, so I had plenty of questions and; to be honest, I was a little overwhelmed by the whole process. However, Edmundo was very attentive to my needs and concerns as a seller. He provided me with valuable advice and he took the time to answer all of my questions.

As soon as I deciding to go ahead and list my property, Edmundo prepared a professional listing and implemented an effective marketing strategy.  He took advantage of social media; he published high quality feature sheets; he organized mail-outs and he planned open houses around my schedule. Edmundo even went the extra distance by hiring a professional photographer, as well as a property stager, to maximize my listing's potential. Once I saw the final listing, I could not believe how well my house showed and I was shocked by the amount of interest generated in my property. Everything, right down to the “For Sale” sign in the front yard ,was top notch.

Thanks to Edmundo's efforts, my house sold in only 2 weeks! I couldn't believe it. When I then had to turn my attention to house hunting of my own, Edmundo was there every step of the way. He was attentive to what I was looking for in a new property, and he took into consideration my various requirements, such as budgets, locations, etc. He researched and suggested various properties, and he set-up viewings at my convenience. He was always on-time and came prepared with all the relevant information about the property we were viewing. Whenever I had any questions about a property he could not answer himself, he would promptly contact the selling agent to get me the information I needed. Once I found my new property, Edmundo kept me in the loop with every detail and provided excellent advice and insight during the negotiation process.

All in all, I am very satisfied with the excellent service I received from Edmundo Roa and Capital Homes Realty. He made me feel valued as his client, which I think is the real value of a quality Realtor.

I met Edmundo in February while casually looking for other option to move out of my parents house. I stumbled upon a condominium listing for his brother-in-law's place that was already sold but the listing was still present a year later on a third party website. Edmundo showed me other options in the neighbourhood and advised on new suggestion and also listened to my opinion on the properties and my choices. Edmundo was very calm, informative and provided excellent advise in order to procure myself a place and an honest view of things. I would strongly recommend Edmundo to anyone, in fact, I'll be advising my parents to seek Edmundo's services in order to sell the Family home. It took me almost 2 months to fine the perfect house for me and I am currently moving and I love the new place. I wouldn't want anything else. Also great follow-up on his part, I can tell you it's not easy to meet up with me at time due to my work at that are at unconventional hours, and Edmundo did work around my schedule.

 I recently purchased my new home with the assistance of Edmundo Roa.  I started out with Ed, looking for a rental.  I have always owned my home, but after certain situations, I didn't think I would be able to get a mortgage at my age.  
 
We begun looking at rentals, and came upon a home that I really liked.  It was for rent/buy.  With Ed's assistance, he showed me that I would be able to afford to buy this home, that it would be equal to the payments of monthly rent.  Again Ed referred me to a very knowledgeable and personable broker.
We had quite a bit of back and forth with the offers to purchase, but all the while being on the ready to change back to the rental, if need be.
 
Ed was on top of the other agent, the broker, the building inspector and even my lawyer, who was not too concerned about speed.  Ed made sure to follow up that each of these people were completing their part in the procedure.  He always kept me up on the progress by text, email or phone call, so I never felt like I was being forgotten about.   He was always punctual and on time.
 
Edmundo conducted himself in an efficient and good business-like manner, but still being friendly and easy to talk to.   I enjoyed my experience with Edmundo, and I will certainly recommend him, in the future, to my family and friends.

We first met Ed at an open house in the neighbourhood where we wanted to purchase. He was likeable, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. When we were finally ready to purchase, it was a no-brainer, we called Ed – and we weren’t disappointed. He provided great service – answering our myriad of questions and returning calls promptly; but best of all – we got the house we wanted at the right price.  Edmundo Roa has represented us as home buyers and sellers. His advice and services were invaluable in all instances.  For the sale of our home, Edmundo guided us as we prepared to list. A home stager and professional photographer were included in the service. He also prepared and implemented a marketing strategy, targeting potential buyers, that included the use of paid social media advertising. Our home sold in just 4 days for more than our asking price. 
 
As a buyer agent, Edmundo always came to showings prepared with information on the home and the neighbourhood. He advised us on what we should be looking for and was quick to get answers to our questions. He then guided us through the buying process and put is in touch with a reputable home inspector.

I am sitting this afternoon in my beautiful new condo apartment, and have been reflecting on how everything worked out to bring me here.
